So today a had a horrid day at work. Barely did any of my exercises and to top it all off I ended up eating CRAP. I’ve been doing so well these last few weeks, actually doing exercise and eating well etc etc. And then I do THAT.
The only light at the end of the tunnel is that I’ve finally hit 55kgs. Not the greatest acheivement but at least something’s happening. Got 5 weeks to lose another 5 at least :)
